04/02/13 **INTERNET ALERT – Elite Escrow Title Inc.** –  The Department of Corporations has been notified that Elite Escrow Title Inc., which has used or is using an address of 2010 Crow Canyon Place, Suite 100, San Ramon, California, is offering escrow services and is falsely purporting to be Elite Escrow Services of San Diego, a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations license number 963-0397.  Elite Escrow Title Inc. is not affiliated with Elite Escrow Services of San Diego.  Elite Escrow Title Inc. in San Ramon is not licensed by the California Department of Corporations to conduct escrows

03/12/13 **INTERNET ALERT – arbor-one.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that arbor-one.com is offering escrow services over the Internet and is falsely purporting to be Arbor One Escrow, a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations license number 963-2652. Arbor-one.com is not a website of Arbor One Escrow. Arbor-one.com is not licensed by the California Department of Corporations to conduct escrows

02/20/13 – **INTERNET ALERT – complete-trade.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that complete-trade.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely purporting to be Complete Escrow Service Corporation, a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations license number 963-0816. Complete-trade.com is not a website of Complete Escrow Services Corporation. Complete-trade.com is not licensed by the California Department of Corporations to conduct escrows.

10/05/12 – **INTERNET ALERT – escrowsolutionsca.net** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Escrow Solutions and escrowsolutionsca.net are offering escrow services over the internet and are falsely advertising that they are licensed and regulated by the Department of Corporations. Escrow Solutions and Escrowsolutionsca.net are not licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

9/10/12 – **CONSUMER ALERT – VIP PDL Services, LLC, also known as The VIP Loan Shop, and www.theviploanshop.com** – The Department of Corporations has issued a Desist and Refrain Order to VIP PDL Services, LLC, also known as The VIP Loan Shop, and www.theviploanshop.com for violations of the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law.  VIP PDL Services, LLC, The VIP Loan Shop and www.theviploanshop.com have been conducting Deferred Deposit Transactions, also commonly known as pay-day loans, over the phone and through its website, www.theviploanshop.com. VIP PDL Services, LLC, also known as The VIP Loan Shop, and www.theviploanshop.com have not been issued a license to conduct Deferred Deposit transactions within the State of California and have been ordered to desist and refrain from conducting such transactions with California residents

06/25/12 – **INTERNET ALERT – needcashpaydaynow.com/California Cash Advance** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that a company purporting to be California Cash Advance is offering payday loan services via unsolicited phone calls or through referral from needcashpaydaynow.com. The phone number provided to prospective customers for California Cash Advance is (209) 643-0391 with a non-existent address of 645645 W. 9th Street, Los Angeles, California. California Financial Group, LLC, doing business as California Cash Advance, a licensed finance lender and deferred deposit originator, is not associated with needcashpaydaynow.com and does not have a phone number of (209) 643-0391.

04/26/12 — **INTERNET ALERT – association-market.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that association-market.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that they are Association Escrow Services Inc. and hold Department of Corporations license number 963-2664, which is held by Association Escrow Services, Inc., a valid escrow company.  Association-market.com is not a website of Association Escrow Services, Inc.  Association-market.com is not licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

03/22/12 – **INTERNET ALERT – final-market.net** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that final-market.net and Final Escrow Professional Trade Solutions are offering escrow services over the internet and are falsely advertising that they hold Department of Corporations license number 963-2663, which is held by a valid escrow company, Final Escrow, Inc. Final-market.net is not a website of Final Escrow, Inc. Final-market.net and Final Escrow Professional Trade Solutions are not licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

10/10/11 – **INTERNET ALERT – uscentralescrow.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that U.S. and Central America Escrow Services and uscentralescrow.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it holds Department of Corporations license number 963-1656, which is held by a valid escrow company, Pickford Escrow Company, Inc.  Uscentralescrow.com is not a website of Pickford Escrow Company, Inc.  U.S. and Central America Escrow Services and uscentralescrow.com is not licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

05/26/11 – – **INTERNET ALERT – mutual-group.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that mutual-group.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it is Mutual Escrow Corporation, a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations license number 963-1937.  Mutual-group.com is not a website of Mutual Escrow Corporation.  Mutual-group.com is not licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

03/28/11 – ** INTERNET ALERT – Online Escrow, Inc. and Escrow Online** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Online Escrow, Inc., and Escrow Online both using www.oesc.info, are offering escrow services over the internet and are falsely advertising that they hold California Department of Corporations license numbers 963-0771 and 963-1990. License number 963-0771 was assigned to a previously licensed company named 1 Escrow Online, Inc., and these companies are not related to 1 Escrow Online, Inc.  License number 963-1990 is assigned to Moneyline Escrow, Inc., a licensed company.  Online Escrow, Inc. and Escrow Online are not related to Moneyline Escrow, Inc.  Online Escrow, Inc., and Escrow Online are not licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

11/19/10 – **INTERNET ALERT – International-corp.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that international-corp.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it is International City Escrow, Inc., a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations License number 963-1216. International-corp.com is not a website of International City Escrow, Inc. International-corp.com is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

08/25/10 – **INTERNET ALERT – enationinc.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that enationinc.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is advertising that it is Escrow Nation, Inc., an escrow company whose License was revoked in August 2009. Further, enationinc.com is using photographs and names of employees it garnered from Licensed escrow company Elite Escrow Services of San Diego’s website. These individuals are not associated with enationinc.com or Escrow Nation, Inc. Enationinc.com also claims that it is Licensed by the Department of Corporations. Enationinc.com is not a website of Elite Escrow Services of San Diego. Enationinc.com and Escrow Nation Inc. are not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

08/06/10 – ** INTERNET ALERT – www.statefincorp.com** – The California Department of Corporations has been notified that unknown individuals and entities operating at www.statefincorp.com are misappropriating the name of State Financial Corporation, a Licensed California Finance Lender. The fraudulent web site at www.statefincorp.com contains a link to the actual Department of Corporations web site that lists State Financial Corporation as a Licensee intending to defraud consumers into thinking that the www.statefincorp.com site is legitimate. The legitimate web site for State Financial Corporation is www.statefinancial.com.

3/24/2010 – **INTERNET ALERT – First-request.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that first-request.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it is First Request Escrow, Inc., a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations License number 963-2059. First-request.com is not a website of First Request Escrow, Inc. First-request.com is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

08/18/09 – **INTERNET ALERT – Impact-escrow.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Impact-escrow.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it is Impact Escrow, Inc., a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations License number 963-2100. Impact-escrow.com is not a website of Impact Escrow, Inc. Impact-escrow.com is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

07/02/09 – **INTERNET ALERT – allproescrow@hotmail.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that unsolicited emails from the email address allproescrow@hotmail.com are being sent to consumers offering escrow services using the identity and contact information of All Pro Escrow Services, Inc., a Licensed escrow company. The Department recommends that should you receive an unsolicited email from this email address, or any other purported escrow company, that you verify the company’s legitimacy before proceeding.

04/08/09 – ** INTERNET ALERT – www.greenstreetventures.us and Green Street Ventures, Inc.** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that www.greenstreetventures.us and Green Street Ventures, Inc ., are misusing the address of Green Street Advisors, Inc., a Licensed broker-dealer. The web site www.greenstreetventures.us and Green Street Ventures, Inc. stationary falsely claims to use the address of the legitimate and Licensed Green Street Advisors, Inc. Also, the use of the name Green Street Ventures is designed to mislead the public into thinking they are dealing with Green Street Advisors, Inc., the Licensed broker-dealer. Green Street Ventures, Inc., is not Licensed as a securities broker-dealer.

03/20/09 – **INTERNET ALERT – Incredibleoffer.org** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Incredibleoffer.org is claiming to be Escrow.com, a Licensed escrow company, and is offering escrow services over the internet without a valid escrow License. Incredibleoffer.org is not a website of nor is it associated with Escrow.com in any manner. Incredibleoffer.org is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

03/19/09 – **INTERNET ALERT – Safesaledomain.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Safesaledomain.com is offering escrow services over the internet and recruiting “Escrow Account Specialists” to act as third party escrow agents without a valid escrow License. Safesaledomain.com is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

02/26/09 – ** INTERNET ALERT – FiVanta Funding Corp. formerly known as Champions Group Equity Lending ** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that FiVanta Funding Corp. (www.fivanta.com) is claiming to be Licensed by the Department of Corporations under the California Finance Lenders Law.  FiVanta Funding Corp., which states its office is at 2081 Business Center Drive, Suite 285, Irvine, California 92612 is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.  Fivanta Funding Corp., under its former name, Champions Group Equity Lending, was previously Licensed by the California Department of Corporations under the California Finance Lenders Law, but its License was revoked on April 9, 2008. 

02/11/09 – ** INTERNET ALERT – www.abbfx.com and Advanced Brilliant Broker, LLC** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that unknown individuals and entities are falsely claiming to be a subsidiary of a Licensed commodities firm called Advanced Futures LLC that is located at 30 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 2020, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The phoney company is using the web site address of www.abbfx.com and the name Advanced Brilliant Broker, LLC to falsely claim it is a subsidiary of Advanced Futures LLC. The phoney company is claiming to be located at 777 South Figueroa Street, 39th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017 with a phone number of (213) 985-3458. The legitimate company, Advanced Futures LLC, is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a registered commodity trading advisor, a registered commodity pool operator, a registered futures commission merchant and is an approved National Futures Association member (NFA ID#327359).

01/21/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that unknown individuals and entities are misappropriating the name of Investment Security Corporation, a Licensed broker-dealer. The phony company is sending an “Official Invoice” to individuals claiming to charge them a fee for the purchase and sale of securities by means of a share exchange and redemption transaction. It appears that the phony company is targeting investors in other countries. The phony company uses the same name and address as the legitimate company without the suite number and uses phony telephone and other contact information. The phony contact information being used is: telephone numbers of (818)-647-0350, 1-800-680-1521 and 1-888-760-9001; a facsimile number of (818) 647-0354; and an e-mail address of contact@invsecinline.com. The legitimate Investment Security Corporation is located at 23945 Calabasas Road, Suite 207-C, Calabasas, CA 91302 with a telephone number of (818) 222-1210 and a facsimile number of (818) 222-4870.

09/19/08 ** INTERNET ALERT – Dyer Beech, Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice** – An Internet Alert was issued on 06/03/08 that stated “The Department of Corporations has been notified that Dyer Beech (www.dyerbeech.com), Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice are claiming to be affiliated with the California Department of Corporations. Dyer Beech, Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice are falsely advertising at its website that it is affiliated with the California Department of Corporations and are using the Department of Corporations logo without its authorization. Dyer Beech, Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice state their office is at 3914 Murphy Canyon Rd., A110, San Diego, CA 92123, claim to have a phone number of (800) 526-3416 and may also be located at 5402 Balboa Arms Drive, San Diego, CA 92117. Dyer Beech, Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice are not affiliated with the California Department of Corporations.”

After the Department of Corporations demanded that Dyer Beech, Dyer Beech Enterprises, Inc. and Eric A. Rice remove all references to the Department of Corporations on their website, the website no longer contains a representation that they are affiliated with the Department of Corporations and no longer displays the Department’s logo.

08/25/2008 – **INTERNET ALERT – Escrow-California.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Escrow-California.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it is California Escrow Service, a valid escrow company that holds Department of Corporations License number 963-0188.  Escrow-California.com is not a website of California Escrow Service.  Escrow-California.com, which lists its office at 618 South Serrano Avenue, 2nd Floor, Los Angeles, California, is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

8/25/08 – **INTERNET ALERT – Expert Auto Deals** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Expert Auto Deals (expert-auto-deals.com) is offering escrow services over the internet without a valid escrow License. Expert Auto Deals, which lists offices at 904 Market Street, San Francisco, California and 1207 Stanley Road, Houston, Texas, is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

07/30/08 – **INTERNET ALERT – Vehicle Trade Deals ** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Vehicle Trade Deals (vtr-deals.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it holds Department of Corporations License 9181123, which is not a valid License number. Vehicle Trade Deals, which lists offices at 58 Fleet Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada and 145 Imlay Street, Brooklyn, New York, is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

07/29/08 – **INTERNET ALERT – Quick Vehicle Trade** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Quick Vehicle Trade (quick-vehicle-trade.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising that it holds Department of Corporations License 9101573, which is not a valid License number. Quick Vehicle Trade, which lists offices at 904 Market Street, San Francisco, California and 1207 Stanley Road, Houston, Texas, is not Licensed to conduct escrows by the California Department of Corporations.

07/23/08 ** INTERNET ALERT – www.kcwfinancial.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that unknown individuals and entities are attempting to misappropriate the name of K. C. Ward Financial, a Licensed broker-dealer. The web site www.kcwfinancial.com is falsely claiming to be the web site of K.C. Ward Financial, a Licensed broker-dealer. The legitimate web site for K.C. Ward Financial is www.kcward.com.

07/10/08 -** Consumer Alert – Smith Kearney M&A ** – The Department has received reports that residents of other countries are receiving contacts from persons offering to purchase securities under the name Smith Kearney M&A.  Callers are told that Smith Kearney M&A is a firm located in San Diego, California.  The Department has no record of such a company applying for or obtaining a License to engage in business as a broker-dealer.  Persons contacted by the firm are advised to exercise caution and to contact their national financial/securities regulatory agency for more information

06/12/08 – ** Consumer Alert – Ditech Financial** The Department has received information indicating that a Licensed California mortgage lending firm called ditech is the victim of identity fraud. The Licensed company is located at 3200 Park Center Drive, Suite 150 in Costa Mesa. The fraudulent enterprise claims to be called Ditech Financial and to be located at 3300 Park Center Drive, Suite 150, in Costa Mesa, an address which does not exist. The latter Ditech Financial claims to offer consumer/commercial loans that will fund upon payment of purported “insurance.” Victims are instructed to wire the funds to the company and are told that their loans will fund immediately thereafter. Victims who make the payments receive no loan proceeds but may be told that they need to make another payment to obtain them.

Members of the public are advised to confirm the License of any lending enterprise they deal with and to be particularly cautious of any business that seeks payment in advance for obtaining loan funding.

04/29/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – iNetDataEntry and Wannex, LLC. ** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that iNetDataEntry (www.inetdataentry.com) is claiming to be a division of Wannex, LLC and a work at home data entry referral service. iNetDataEntry is falsely advertising at its website that it is registered with the California Department of Corporations under Wannex, LLC.  iNetDataEntry which states its office is at 19713 Yorba Linda Blvd., #182, Yorba Linda, Ca 92886 is not registered with the California Department of Corporations.

04/22/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – Swiss Escrow-Service Co. ** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Swiss Escrow-Service Co., Swiss Escrow-Service and Swiss Escrow-Service LLC (swisses.net) are offering escrow services over the internet and are falsely advertising at its website that it is a Licensed escrow company. Swiss Escrow-Service Co., Swiss Escrow-Service and Swiss Escrow-Service LLC which states its offices are in Switzerland and California are not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

04/16/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – C.L.C. BancGroup, Inc. and C.L.C. Bank ** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that C.L.C. BancGroup, Inc. and C.L.C. Bank (www.citiloanz.com) are offering loan services over the internet and are falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 4130426. This License number  belongs to Home Loan Center, Inc., dba Lendingtree Loans, Getsmart, Getsmart Loans, which does hold a License from this Department. C.L.C. BancGroup, Inc. and C.L.C. Bank which state its head office is at 6284 Millpond Lane, Union, ON N0L 2L0, Canada are not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations and are not associated with Home Loan Center, Inc., dba Lendingtree Loans, Getsmart, Getsmart Loans.

03/07/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – Trans-Safety** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Trans- Safety(transafety.c0n.us) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it is associated with Internet Escrow Services. Trans Safety, which states its offices are in Spain, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

03/05/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – Best Auto Trades** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Best Auto Trades (bestatrades.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This is not a valid License number. Best Auto Trades, which states its head office is at 263 Bush Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations,

03/04/08 – ** INTERNET ALERT – US Deal Insurance** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that US Deal Insurance (us-deal-insurance.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This is not a valid License number. US Deal Insurance, which states its head office is at 263 Bush Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations

1/7/2008 – ** INTERNET ALERT – vehicle-trade-online.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Online Vehicle Trade (vehicle-trade-online.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This is not a valid License number. Online Vehicle Trade, which states its head office is at 1440 Skymark Ave, Toronto, ON, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

12/12/07- ** INTERNET ALERT – world-expert-sell.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that World Expert Sell (world-expert-sell.com) is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This is not a valid License number. world-expert-sell.com, which states its head office is at 1440 Skymark Ave, Toronto, ON, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

11/02/2007 – ** INTERNET ALERT -online-trade-service.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Online Trade Service is offering escrow services over the internet at www.online-trade-service.com and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This License number is not a valid License number for escrow companies Licensed by the Department of Corporations.  online-trade-service.com, which states its head office is at 1440 Skymark Ave, Toronto, ON L4W 5A9, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

10/23/2007- ** INTERNET ALERT – simpaexchange.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that Simple Auto Exchange is offering escrow services over the internet at www.simpaexchange.com and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9521467. This License number is not a valid License number for escrow companies Licensed by the Department of Corporations.  Simpaexchange.com, which states its head office is at 1110 Westchester Road, Toronto, ON L4W 5A9, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations.

10/9/2007- ** INTERNET ALERT – best-auto-web.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that best-auto-web.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9631867. This License number belongs to Internet Escrow Services, Inc., which does hold a License from this Department. best-auto-web.com, which states its head office is at 203 Varick Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10014, is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations and is not associated with Internet Escrow Services, Inc.

09/19/07- ** INTERNET ALERT- ExImps-LTD.net** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that ExImps-LTD.net is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License number 963-2060 located at 14241 Firestone Boulevard, Suite 120, La Mirada, CA 90638. ExImps-LTD.net is not Licensed by the California Department of Corporations as an escrow agent and does not hold California Department of Corporations License number 963-2060.

07/25/07- ** INTERNET ALERT – autotradevehicle.com** – The Department of Corporations has been notified that autotradevehicle.com is offering escrow services over the internet and is falsely advertising at its website that it holds California Department of Corporations License 9631867. 03/19/04 – **GREENLIGHT FINANCIAL SERVICES** WARNING! The Department of Corporations was notified by Greenlight Financial Services, a California Finance Lender and Residential Mortgage Lending Act Licensee that persons not associated with Greenlight have placed advertisement containing Greenlight Financial Service’s name in various parts of the country. While Greenlight’s actual logo is used, the ads use an address and phone numbers that are slightly different from Greenlight’s 8105 Irvine Center Drive address and their actual phone number, 866-66FASTER.
