Education is Power Backpack Giveaway Resource Fair

Binational of California, in partnership with Manchester Center and the Fresno Police Department, is hosting its annual Education is Power backpack giveaway. Over 1,000 backpacks filled with supplies will be distributed students for the new school year. This event also include a resource fair from local and state agencies providing free health screenings, entertainment, and meals.
