Some documents available through the Universal Search functionality for historical securities and franchise filings do not meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. DFPI relies on the undue burden exception in section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and incorporated into Government Code section 11546.7 through Government Code section 7405 for certifying the website, notwithstanding these documents. For any document not immediately available in an accessible format, DFPI will remediate the document upon request.
