DFPI Issues Guidance Regarding Russia Sanctions

All financial institutions licensed by the DFPI are subject to the regulations issued by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”). The DFPI has issued guidance reminding licensees of their obligations.
