Digital Financial Asset Transaction Kiosk Locations in California

As Reported by Kiosk Operators Required by Financial Code 3906

Following Financial Code 3906, operators of digital financial asset transaction kiosks (“kiosks”) in California are required to provide to the Department a list of all locations of kiosks that the operator owns, operates or manages in California. An operator is required to provide the Department with any updates to these locations within 30 days of any change.

This list complies with Financial Code 3906 and does not represent DFPI endorsement of any named operator or location. The Department will update this list from time to time as it receives updates from kiosk operators.
