Using our virtual platform allows you to chat live with multiple employers. You can customize your profile with a professional headshot, upload custom resumes, and preview each department and its open positions. You will also have access to resources to help you achieve your career goals and access to one-on-one help from the DOR LEAP and the Golden Sierra Team.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Before the Hiring Event:

• Set up your profile (customize it with a professional-looking photo and at least one resume
• Watch the tutorial videos
• Plan to start early, the platform opens for you on April 9th

ASL interpreting and closed captioning will be available during presentation sessions.
